My client is a medium sized, well-established complex care provider, with services established throughout England, looking for a knowledgable, strategic Business Development Manager with a proven track record and solid knowledge of the Social Care sector, in particular learning disabilities and complex care. You will be highly commercial, with excellent tender and bid writing ability and a track record in securing high-value contracts and strategic planning. 

They have residential services throughout the North and Midlands and support adults  with complex needs including learning & physical disabilities, ABI, autism and mental health conditions. They have an excellent reputation in the areas where they are already established, with a talented team in both clinical and business operations, and you will be responsible for driving growth in existing services and developing new services.

You will be an excellent relationship builder, with solid leadership skills and a full understanding of how to build a business offering complex care services, working with local authorities, commissioning groups and also private paying clients. You will have a steadfast belief in your ability to promote the business and drive growth, whilst also prioritising the reputation of the business, which is based on excellent standards and quality of care. You will be a senior member of the team, and be responsible for inspiring and leading other Business Development team members, whilst collaborating with other members of the senior management team.
