This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as Business Development Manager. We are looking for someone who has a collaborative and positive approach and who can play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities within UK healthcare and open-up contacts.
- Achieve targets through successful relationship development.
- Build our growing sales partnerships channel and ongoing work with partners.
- Maintain market and customer data to support out consultative sales approach.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to promote CLEO Systems to key segments.
- Be a credible ambassador for our business at meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ to help ensure our continued focus on their needs.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years prior success in a similar role.
- Proven experience of Business Development.
- Experience and appreciation of the key role software systems play in healthcare.
- Excellent communicator with presence who will project a positive image.
- Entrepreneurial creative mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
- Sees the big picture as well as focusing on the detail.

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Hybrid – remote & occasional travel to our office in Ashford, Kent.
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week
