Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Requirements and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoy working with people at all levels
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
- Ideally you will have electrical testing compliance or contracting knowledge
