- Salary - £24,000 - £33,000 plus OTE
Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
- Achieving, surpassing, and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Generating sales leads through personal networks, social media, online research, and LinkedIn
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling Focus Assured's additional products and services to an expanding customer base.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations using branded MS PowerPoint templates.
- Providing weekly progress, pipeline, and sales reports directly to the Sales Director. Maintaining and managing prospect data in the CRM system.
- Participating in weekly sales meetings to update the team on progress and share best practices, either in person or via Skype.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven sales background and B2B sales experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in lead generation and the ability to build relationships quickly
