Business Development Manager

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead project development, EPC activities, and maintenance in the solar energy sector.

* Oversee the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
* Manage engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes efficiently.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
* Implement and oversee effective maintenance strategies for solar installations.

Business Development Manager

The Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project development and EPC within the solar industry.
* Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and market trends.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
