Business Development Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission

Our client is a leading provider of integrated fire, security, and electrical services in the UK. They specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of comprehensive fire and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and more.

They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth across our fire and security services.

• Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role within the fire and security industry.
• Strong understanding of fire detection systems, CCTV, access control, and related security technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence
