- Acquiring new business within the private healthcare sector
- Travelling to client meetings
- Creating a strong network within the private care sector
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Previous B2B experience in a recruitment or telesales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results driven, always pushing to ensure targets are met or exceeded
