Business Development Officer. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has previous PA experience or similar, that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.
You will achieve this by:- Coordinate / manage information from shared inboxes and telephone
- Digital Mailroom
- Update Website pages
- Meetings support for arrangements - virtual and in person, including arrangements and taking minutes
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) role, admin role or similar in an office environment
- Passionate about delivering first class customer service
- A good level of emotional intelligence
- Able to prioritize own workload
