Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 6 Business Development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, market trends, and Business Development strategies.
