Form of workTayside Contracts is seeking to employ a Business Improvement Officer (Construction) based at Contracts House, Dundee.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm And Friday 8.30am -4.00pm

Salary: £36,270.57 to £38,932.99 per annum

The role involves assisting the Business Improvement Manager (Construction) with the introduction, formalisation and embedding of performance improvement measurement systems and procedures; the introduction of innovative techniques and processes, in order to bring about quantifiable benefits to the Construction Division.
You will have knowledge and experience of applying ‘Lean Thinking' in a construction setting and experience of analysing and interpreting benchmarking data for continuous improvement. You will have a degree level qualification or equivalent in a construction, management, environmental or related subject. A current driving licence, Category B, is essential plus access to a vehicle for the fulfilment of job duty
