This is a fantastic opportunity to come and join our Business Intelligence Team at an exciting time for Golding Homes. This critical role will be directly responsible for providing high-quality, professional and efficient Business Intelligence analysis throughout the organisation and externally.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategic Planning & Information management you will be providing high quality and professional analysis to internal and external stakeholders. Developing Business Partner relationships across the organisation to create and implement a responsive and efficient information service.
Development and implementation of comprehensible communication tools and techniques to ensure that complex data information is understood by a range of non-specialist audiences.
You will work closely with the Data Warehouse Manager to deliver a first-class BI service ensuring reporting requirements are met and that reporting solutions are fit for purpose.
More about you. What can you bring?
We are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with a degree and solid experience working within the Social Housing sector.
You will be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and PowerBI along with having advanced problem solving and analytical skills. You will be confident in challenging systems and processes effectively to improve quality and performance and you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self motivated and conscientious.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £51,500 (Inclusive of 24/25 pay review) per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
