Business Manager - Meltham Ce Primary School

Meltham CE Primary School is currently looking to recruit to the role of School Business Manager. We are looking for candidates to join our wonderful school, to work within, and lead, our vibrant and busy school office team.

We are a two-form entry, Voluntary Controlled Church of England Primary School for children aged between four and eleven years old.  Our unique, caring and welcoming atmosphere is rooted in our Christian values and reflected in our professional relationships with each other, the children and our community.

We have happy children who are eager to learn; talented and dedicated staff who strive to be the best they can be; committed and skilled governors who support and challenge as well as our supportive and enthusiastic parents.  We have strong links with the local Churches and we are a thriving, much-loved school at the heart of the Meltham community.

We are looking for somebody with great organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ work ethic.

You will have:

• Experience of administration including using ICT systems for management of information
• Experience of managing a large school budget
• Experience of working in a customer orientated environment dealing with a range of partners
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, working with colleagues and partner agencies
• Previous experience working as a School Business Manager in a busy school office environment
