An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as School Business Manager.

To commence September 2024, we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and conscientious person who will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.

It is a diverse and rewarding role encompassing the day-to-day responsibility for finance, human resources, health and safety, premises management and compliance. Littletown School has quality and nurture woven into every fibre and we can offer you a wonderful place to develop your career.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is positive, resilient, well-mannered and an excellent communicator.
• Has considerable financial knowledge and experience in School Business matters.
• Can look for value for money as well as quality in all resources and services.
• Is aware of Health and Safety protocols for schools and supports staff to meet guidelines.
• Is pro-active, organised and able to lead and work within our small friendly team whilst meeting appropriate deadlines.
• Is willing to become involved in all aspects of school life.
• Can co-ordinate all site and caretaking issues.
• Is friendly, efficient and approachable to parents.
• Is understanding of pupil needs always ensuring they gain the best resources.
• Is aware of all aspects of safeguarding in school.
