Business ManagerMilton KeynesOffering up to £45K per year

One of our clients they are looking to hire as a dynamic Business Manager! Lead the day-to-day operations, drive growth, and inspire the local team. Use your business acumen to optimise efficiency, engagement, and financial performance.

Ensure high-quality care delivery, coordinate staff, and communicate the vision effectively. Leverage data to enhance performance and identify areas for improvement. Embrace a supportive and collaborative work environment, making a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation, and high standards.
  • Oversee Health and Safety, Data Protection, Financial Management, and Governance.
  • Deliver high-quality services, investigate issues, and lead the audit program.
  • Act as the Registered Manager and use feedback for service improvement.
  • Manage workforce information, HR compliance, and NHS obligations.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Achieve key performance indicators, analyse reports, and oversee the budget.
  • Develop recovery plans for cost and performance improvement.
  • Maximise KPI/CQUIN/QOF/Enhance service opportunities.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and resolve operational issues.

People & Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a skilled team for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, employment legislation, and high standards.
  • Oversee colleague induction, development, and compliance.
  • Foster a listening culture for enhanced engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to improve performance.

Growth, Transformation & Change

  • Stay updated on guidelines, developments, and best practices.
  • Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate change using negotiation and persuasion.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, attend meetings, and support marketing.

Requirements:

  • Experience of financial and budget management
  • Experience of managing KPIs within a contract
  • Experience of Managing People
  • Management qualification or relevant experience
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident IT skills
  • Registered Manager or willing to be one with training
