We are currently recruiting for a maternity cover position as a Business Operations Administrator.
The company's headquarters are based in Warwick, and they work remotely most of the week, with 1 day in their Midlands office. The ideal candidate would be able to commute here once a week, and with the role being based from home more often, independence and self motivation are extremely important qualities.
Typical daily tasks are so varied but will involve a number of operational duties such as providing administrative support to the team and investors, being the first point of contact for any external queries, being the go to person for all internal and external admin, managing office supplies and stationery, event coordination and travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience in which they will have co-ordinated a range of administrative procedures and functions, providing high-level support to senior level personnel. They should be able to demonstrate good IT skills, in particular, the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Word and PowerPoint and Excel products are extremely important.
There will be a handover period for up to one month and after this, the position is a standalone operations role and will report to the Commercial Director.
