Salary A London market underwriting business is currently recruiting for a Credit Control Technician on a six-month fixed term contract basis.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Operations the successful applicant will support in the allocation of historic unallocated cash to broker remittances within the policy administration system and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve related queries.
Specific duties will include reviewing legacy unallocated cash and matching to remittances received, liaison with brokers, and underwriters when/if required, in respect of overdue premiums and remittance queries, ledger data cleansing as required, and creation and reporting of MI to support progress of the above.
Applicants will need to have previous credit control experience gained within the London insurance market. Knowledge of MGA/Broking processes would be a distinct advantage as would knowledge of Eclipse or similar insurance market systems.
