The Role:
As the Retail Operations Administrator, you will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administration support to the UGG Retail team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations in stores.
The ideal candidate is passionate about our brands and highly organised to work in a timely manner and meet the needs of the business.
Your Impact:
- Manage the invoices system and oversee the PO invoice inbox
- Support the day to day store requests
- Monitor RFID and inventory, including dummy SKU adjustments
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports
- Provide general administrative support to Retail Store Managers and Head Office Retail Team

We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Prior experience in the retail sector, experience in stores is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- An additional European language is a plus but not a requirement
