You'll be part of a team providing on site archiving and virtual administrative support to colleagues from a variety of disciplines across London and the South East. You’ll be based at our regional office at Scotney Castle but there will be an opportunity to explore and agree a hybrid working arrangement which strikes the right balance for you and the Trust. You will also be part of a virtual team across the region supporting a variety of workstreams.
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way – whether it’s helping with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or supporting our volunteers, you’ll want to help others to the best of your ability.
The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team.
