What it's like to work hereReporting to the General Manager, you'll be part of a team, working across the whole of the North Coast portfolio. We look after 60 miles of coastline from Castlerock to Cushendun taking in iconic spots like Mussenden Temple, Portstewart Strand, Whitepark Bay & Rathlin Island. Welcoming hundreds of thousands of visitors across the North Coast each year means that no two days are the same; we provide access for respite, retreat and enjoyment all year long.
We deliver a range of experiences, activities and partnerships across each part of our portfolio and work as a team to deliver the best for everyone. Your role will play an integral supporting the teams in shaping what we offer and how we work to engage new and existing audiences, giving everyone and opportunity to feel connected to nature.
You'll work supporting our teams looking after places that are rich in nature, heritage and beauty.
What you'll be doingThe National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
Who we're looking for- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Strong IT Skills
