SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Business Services Lead to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to lead a team of Business Services staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent business support service across our central offices.
You will help the Business Services Manager to set the direction and priorities for the team, bridging the gap between front-line delivery and strategic vision.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office on a regular basis, including some evenings on an ad-hoc basis. However, there will be an opportunity to explore and agree flexible working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.
What you'll be doing- Leading a team of Business Services staff and volunteers, to deliver excellent business support across our central teams.
- Training and mentoring new and current staff members.
- Working with the Business Services Manager to set the direction and priorities for the team, bridging the gap between front-line delivery and strategic vision.
- Getting involved in some of the high-profile events that we hold at Heelis, interacting with colleagues at all levels from across the organisation.
- Working with key stakeholders and regional colleagues, on a range of work that goes on across the whole business.
