Reed Education is collaborating with a dynamic school to recruit an exceptional Business Studies Teacher. The school is dedicated to providing high-quality, inspirational teaching and is seeking a Business Studies Teacher who can join their team to foster confidence, resilience, and resourcefulness in their students.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Uphold the school’s behaviour policy and ethos, promoting positive student behaviour and conduct.
- Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Communicate and supervise work set by the class teacher to pupils.
- Plan, teach, and assess lessons, making adaptations for individual student needs.
- Support educational visits and other activities outside the classroom.
- Engage in additional duties as required to support the school’s operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching and planning the Business Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
