The Business Support Administrator will work across all areas of the Business Supporting the team across Administration, Operations, SalesandHR. A typical week could see you providing quotes for clients, producing operational reports andordering equipment You'll be the right-hand person to the Business Support Managerand expected to help in the future development of the business.
The working times for this role are expected to be Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. We recognise that these may not be suitable for all and we will happily provideflexible or part time working. The role is office based but working from home can be arranged on occasion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creating quotes for clients.
Sales order processing
Stock\Inventory management and tracking, including Asset management, tracking and disposal
Creation of client and internal reports (monthly and Quarterly)
Liaison with vendors in relation to orders.
Ordering internal use equipment.
Updating client contracts.
Identifying opportunities to improve internal business processesand assisting the Business Support Manager to implement the improvements, including creating and reviewing new documents.
General office management, working with the building management agent as needed.
General administrative duties including ordering water and office supplies
Assisting with arranging company social events
Liaising with Business Support Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Directors if requiredin order toassist in smooth running of the business
