My client is a growing company that provides quality services to their clients. They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team and support our financial operations on a temporary basis.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and sending invoices to customers
- Managing accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
- Processing payments and reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Quickbooks
- Preparing reports and assisting with audits
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and professional attitude
