The Admissions and Administration teams provide front-line customer service to a wide range of audiences including students, parents/carers, employers, tutors and other key stakeholders.
We are pleased to introduce new Business Support Administrator posts to meet the growing demands of the College group. Successful candidates will work closely with Admissions and Administration Coordinator to deliver a timely and outstanding service to customers and service users across the organisation.
To succeed in this post, you will need to have demonstrable experience and skills in:
• Exceptional customer service
• Working in an administrative, clerical or secretarial capacity
• Managing large volumes of data with rigorous attention to detail
• Responding quickly to shifting priorities
The successful candidates will be expected to work on a number of key administrative tasks that shift across the academic year, therefore it is important that you are experienced in working on multiple projects and juggling tasks.
We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style who can work closely with colleagues as well as independently on specific tasks.
You will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. If you have experience working with ProSolution and the rest of the Pro Suite then that’s fantastic, but we’ll provide full training for those who haven’t.
The successful candidates will be fast learners with excellent attention to detail. Full training will be given; however, a strong level of IT skills is essential.
This is a full-time post working 37 hours a week during weekdays. Given the nature of this post you will be based on-campus with rota cover to support front-line services across college campuses – you will be able to discuss your preferred primary campus location at interview.
The closing date for applications is Thursday 28th March 2024 with interviews being held on Wednesday 10th April 2024.
You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be encouraged to upskill.
We have a free on site gym and you can access a wide range of discounts and benefits including a cycle to work scheme, free on-site parking, pension, generous holiday scheme, time off at Christmas and early finishes on a Friday.
