Are you a proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable Business Support through various channels: telephone, email, and online.
- Handle sensitive information following policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Address customer issues and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Work within established timescales to meet legal and statutory obligations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in using various systems for processing service requests.
- Proactive and able to work within agreed timescales.
Successful candidates will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure, at a £25 cost to yourself.
