THE ROLE
Great opportunity to join Viewpoint Housing Association.
This is an extremely varied role which would suit a very organised individual who comes with an excellent background in Administration and Reception experience.
The successful candidate will thrive on offering an excellent level of customer service and enjoy taking ownership of all tasks. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, callers together with assisting the Business Support team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are a must with a positive attitude and a go getter work ethic.
Supporting the Business Support Team with administrative support
To provide high quality administrative support across the full spectrum of Business Support administration, including:
- Recruitment Administration;
- Training and development administration and assisting in ensuring with mandatory training compliance;
- General Business Support Administration.
- assist in the administration of the Health and Safety and wellbeing programme; and
- Policy administration.
- Organise meetings/Training and take minutes as necessary;
The Role Reception:
- Provide a professional switchboard service, ensuring all calls are directed to staff in a professional manner.
- Receive and welcome all visitors to the office, ensuring that they sign in and out of the visitors book and are directed to the relevant staff member.
- Open and distribute all incoming mail for HQ in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection legislation, and in accordance with the confidentiality;
- Maintain office presentation and stocks, including inventory of office supplies
