Job description

We are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our Borehamwood team.

This role is based in our Borehamwood branch with working hours of Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and additional on call duties as required.

Duties include:

- Working closely with the branch manager and office team to maintain a high standard of compliance in all areas and proactively providing admin support for the branch.

- Maintaining employee records and sensitive documentation, ensuring that the information is always held accurately and securely.

- Supporting with resource and recruitment processes including candidate attraction on social media, placing job adverts on internal and external job boards, shortlisting suitable applicants, followed by registering and interviewing candidates.

- Being involved in all aspects of the onboarding process, including carrying out identity and right to work checks, obtaining references, assigning training/e-learning, and ensuring the compliance of all candidate files

- Supporting the team with providing services to candidates and clients including filling bookings, placements, shift check ins and availability calls.

- Being responsible for the administration of all payroll activities on a weekly basis, including working with internal and external personnel to resolve any queries or issues that may arise.

Due to the nature of the business this role requires someone who is confident in their ability to be flexible and adaptable with supporting last minute requests and requirements from both clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will:

- Have previous admin experience.

- Have a high standard of IT literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Have good written and verbal communication skills.

- Be able to work well both in a team and independently.
