Your new role
You will be working with a team of Business Support officers to ensure a service of efficient, effective and consistent administrative duties are provided at all times. You will contribute and lead on the development and operation of systems and processes within the team. These will cover performance targets, team systems, service management and ensuring high quality data is recorded and maintained.
Other duties include:
You will be required to have previous experience in an administrative role that includes minute taking, collating data and implementing complex procedures. You will also be required to have experience in successfully managing a team and supervision of staff.
What you'll get in return
This role is fully office based in Solihull full time hours Monday - Friday. This is a temporary on going assignment. It is offering a rate of pay of £15-18 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
