This role is instrumental in creating a positive impression of KFM as a company by professionally welcoming all visitors to our Head Office (Unit 1) and ensuring the smooth functioning of our working environments across all KFM sites. As a pivotal point of contact for colleagues and teams from across KFM, the Business Support & Office Manager will also contribute to various internal and external communications activities to benefit colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Professionally welcoming and directing all visitors to KFM Head Office
- Managing and maintaining facilities at KFM Unit 1, including meeting room bookings, reception area upkeep, post distribution, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Overseeing facility matters across all KFM locations and ensuring appropriate escalations
- Contributing to internal and external communications activities to present KFM professionally
- Acting as lead Fire Marshall for Unit 1 Offices and ensuring health and safety complianc.
- Performing general duties such as maintaining communal areas and managing external spaces
The successful candidate will use their communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that the varied needs and requirements from colleagues and teams are met where appropriate, or signposted on for further support from other teams within KFM. This is a busy role which requires strong organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and regularly assess and re-prioritise incoming requests.
