VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part-time Business Support Officer (3 Days a week) in Plymouth.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our clients team as a Part-Time Business Support Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills to contribute to the smooth operation of their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly. Respond to queries and provide information as required
Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations. Proofread materials for accuracy and consistency
Financial Support: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Project Coordination: Support the coordination of various projects by managing timelines, liaising with team members, and ensuring project milestones are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or Business Support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
