This is an opportunity to provide clear and inclusive leadership for our Business Systems team within Crisis Digital, Data and Technology department (DDT).
Title:Business Systems Manager
Salary: £62,648 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Based in our London office (we are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis Hybrid-Working Policy)
About the role
As Business systems Manager, you will drive the delivery and optimisation of Crisis core applications. You will lead a team of internal application specialists (product owners) to equip Crisis staff, members and volunteers with the modern Business Systems that will help us end homelessness. You will bring the visionary management that will help align our application stack with our strategic objectives.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of delivering a suite of effective Business Systems based upon a customer-centric approach. You will have a strong foundation in the Microsoft technology stack (365, Dynamics, SharePoint) and are comfortable leading Business Systems deployment across a range of functions. A track record in delivering, supporting and optimising major CRM solutions will be key.
We are looking for someone who has experience of building an inclusive team where diversity of thought and backgrounds is embraced and will strive to foster a supportive environment and culture. You use your excellent communication, management and technical skills to ensure our business applications can support our mission of ending homelessness.
You will have experience in CRM development, systems analysis, systems support, team management and DevOps.
