About the role
An exciting opportunity to join our Business Systems Team, working to support staff across the Adults and Health directorate with their use of the Mosaic social care case management system. We’re a small team that works closely together to ensure that our Mosaic system continues to meet the needs of those using it and that it is updated to reflect changing legislation and practice.
The post holder will be responsible for managing queries and requests for support from Mosaic system users. Working closely with colleagues, you would ensure that requests are appropriately logged and responded to, passing more complex issues onto our business analysts or software supplier to resolve. This work will be wide ranging and could include setting up accounts for new members of staff, investigating a problem, helping correct information and providing guidance on processes.
The post holder will also be responsible for delivering training to Mosaic system users. We provide an introductory session to all staff before they start using Mosaic, run specialist sessions showing how to record different types of work, train and demonstrate new processes and provide refresher sessions. Training is currently provided both in person at our Colindale offices and online using Microsoft Teams; they could be with groups or 1:1 to address particular user issues.
About you
This role requires experience of providing system Support and maintaining IT systems; prior knowledge/experience using the Mosaic or Framework-I social care database is desirable. You should also have experience of providing training to individuals and groups of staff, ideally within an IT context. You will be a proactive, confident team player with excellent communication and strong IT skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
