We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Business Tutor to join our high-achieving Business department at 16+ Education provider. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding educational outcomes and have a passion for teaching beyond the specification.
Day-to-Day of the Role of a Business Teacher:- Deliver 22.5 hours per week of contact with students, split over 5 teaching groups, with additional periods for preparation and marking.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff CPD, and whole college events such as open evenings, parent evenings, interview days, and enrolment.
- Engage in collaborative planning and resource sharing within the department.
- Contribute to extracurricular student clubs, wellbeing, and social activities.
- A teaching qualification is required.
- Ability to deliver inspiring lessons and bring knowledge and experience to the curriculum.
