What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You will need to be a student with Teach Firstand you must have obtained at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline.

Duration of the Programme: 4 Weeks – 29th July to 23rd August. Please note you must be available for the duration of the programme.

What kind of work will I do?

You will join a client-facing role working as part of a team of Deloitte Human Capital consultants to help our clients solve their problems.

Every project is different, but some typical examples of responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and helping them to shape and implement innovative solutions for these requirements. This could involve, for example, supporting an immersive workshop to help clients shape their problem and structure their thinking to come to a collective and innovative solution. It could also mean working with our clients to understand the governance and controls required to monitor and manage the delivery progress of a multi-million-pound infrastructure programme.
• Conducting research and analysis, drawing insights from the evaluation, and communicating these recommendations to your client in a meaningful and insightful way. This could include, for example, presenting back the findings of a change impact assessment for the national roll-out of digital assets, showing what communications and training would be required to successfully manage, deliver, and ultimately embed the change.
• Supporting with the preparation of documents/presentations to deliver recommendations to clients.

By completing the programme with Deloitte Human Capital, you will also learn how to combine our research and analytics capabilities with our industry expertise and will work on innovative and complex transformation programmes which truly put humans at the centre of transformation.
