SalaryOur client, one of the largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialists, based in Tamworth requires Part Time Call Centre Operatives (NO COLD CALLING). No previous experience necessary as full training is provided. Working Saturday £10.99 per hour and Sunday £13.45 per hour. Hours available 0800-1600. Possible permanent position following a successful trial period.
Duties include:
- Dealing with incoming calls from members and delivering excellent customer service to handle queries
- Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure members jobs are dealt with efficiently
- Assisting with any other general admin office duties, such as filing, copying and basic data entry
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel program
