Monday - Friday: Rotating Shift Pattern - 8.00AM - 4.00PM/ 9.00AM - 5.00PM / 10.00AM - 6.00PM
Pay Rate: £10.99 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
Your day to day duties as a Call Centre Operative for our client will be:
- Handling incoming calls with excellent customer service
- Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient job handling
- Assisting with general administration duties, filing, copying, and data entry
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Essential Skills
Essential skills needed as a Call Centre Operative for our client are:
