Job Description:

As a Call Centre Staff member at Hydro-Cleansing, your role will be crucial in promoting our environmental waste services to prospective clients. You will have access to up-to-date data, warm leads, and cold call lists to engage potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outbound calls to generate interest and leads.
• Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
• Providing information about Hydro-Cleansing's services.
• Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing client concerns.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Training Period:

The first three months of employment will involve intensive training to ensure that you are well-equipped to excel in your role. During this period, you will receive a base salary along with the opportunity to earn commissions.

Working Hours:

• Office hours: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Option to work from 7:00 AM to 19:00 PM while canvassing clients.
• Please note that there is no remote working available.

Commission Structure:

Requirements:

• Previous Call Centre or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
