SalaryAs the Call Centre shift leader you will be reporting to the Senior Call Centre Leader and leading a team of people who are responsible for coordinating, at the highest standard, delivery of medical supplies to circa 100,000 patients across the UK, the Shift Leader will need to motivate and manage the end to end performance of the team, exceeding Customer and Patient expectations at every opportunity and ensuring success. You will be a strong promoter of the operational performance of Patients Services internally and actively collaborate with other operational leads to achieve solutions.
