Job Title: Campaign Manager

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Location: Edinburgh, Alderley Edge or London  

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 13th May 2024

We are currently recruiting for creative Campaign Managers to join a friendly and supportive team to deepen relationships with RL customers through the provision of engaging, relevant and timely engagement communications which are aligned to customer and business outcomes, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

The Marketing team deliver marketing to support the ambitions of the Royal London group and contribute to the group’s market participation strategy.  The team support our business priorities by designing and delivering a customer focussed and commercial marketing plan.

 

About the role

 

  • Work within a ‘squad’ - leading the creation, deployment and measurement of engagement marketing communications to customers across online and offline channels.
  • Develop communications in consideration of the end to end customer journeys, next best action requirements and recommending improvements where required.
  • Champion the use of data insights to drive improved performance across campaigns.
  • Become an early adopter/champion of triggered, automated campaign development and deployment.
  • Provide support and feedback to other team members.
  • Work in cross-functional teams with stakeholders across Brand & Marketing, Distribution and Customer Experience to deliver on plans.

 

About you

 

  • Good understanding of multi-channel marketing campaign activity including email, push notifications, Direct Mail, social, SMS.
  • Strategic thinking and application within a marketing function.
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of CRM systems.
  • Willingness to develop and utilise agile skills to drive continuous improvement approach and great team performance.
  • Experience of using data to drive improvement in engagement marketing performance.
  • Good project management skills.
