The Role: Campaign ManagerPersonal Lines Products
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across our 9 Personal Lines Products. You will also develop and co-ordinate integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing and strategic budgets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinating integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Lead the Personal Lines brands deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, TV, and Radio.
  • Work with Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business development activity
  • Development and implementation of measures and analysis to understand and improve campaign performance and reporting ROI.
  • Working with our Insights and Analytics team to deep dive into performance data and identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with our in-house design studio to create best-in-class campaign assets.
  • Utilising customer data profiling and segmentation to drive improved campaign performance
  • Working closely with our marketing affiliates and partners to drive lead volumes and awareness

Experience: 
  • 5 Years+ Campaign Management experience across personal line products, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies
  • Significant experience specialising in marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Experience developing and delivering a campaign marketing infrastructure
  • Proven record delivering customer leads at a budgeted cost through a complex sales funnel.
  • Strong understanding of developing core marketing 
  • Hands-on campaign experience with a deep understanding of offline and digital capabilities, measurement, optimisation, trends, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of working in a regulated market preferred but not required (Priority will be around brand and content experience, knowledge and delivery)
  • Great communicator with experience working with stakeholders
