About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in growing our Permanent division, catering to existing group clients and new customers throughout the UK.
The role will be based from our Glasgow HQ (G4 0LA) and offers hybrid home working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within our Permanent Division, working closely with the Head of Permanent Recruitment to grow our brand as a prominent player across the UK Construction & Civil Engineering Markets.
- Understand the operational infrastructure to manage the candidate journey efficiently, including applicant tracking systems and screening and interviewing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations, including employment laws and data protection regulations.
- Utilise your industry expertise to identify and recruit top talent in the construction field, fostering relationships with trade associations, attending industry events, and using online platforms to connect with potential candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving recruitment practices, continuously adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition and provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful resourcer or recruiter, ideally within construction, engineering or manufacturing.
- Candidate centric mindset who understands the importance of long term relationships.
- Embraces technology and looks to stay ahead of the competition by providing innovative recruitment solutions.
- Demonstrated drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
