Candidate Consultant (Resourcer)
Due to expansion, Leader Health and Social Care, part of The Leader Group, is recruiting for a Candidate Consultant (Resourcer) to join our growing team in Leeds.
The Leader Group is a forward-thinking, fast-growing multi-sector recruitment specialist with offices in Leeds and Newcastle.
As a group, we provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients across the following sectors:
- Education
- Health and Social Care
- Industrial
JOB ROLE:
- Writing adverts, posting adverts on multiple job boards, responding to advert responses in a professional and timely manner
- Pre-screening potential candidates
- Booking interviews
- Managing your own and the team's diaries
- Booking candidates in for interviews
- Interviewing candidates
- Completing onboarding checks on candidates including police checks, referencing, etc.
YOU:
- You must be organised
- Have excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Be able to handle a high workload
You will need to be an outgoing, confident and ambitious person with a desire to succeed.
You will receive training, however previous experience as a resourcer would be advantageous.
The purpose of the role is to provide top quality teachers and support staff to schools nationally.
This is a full time job, 5 days a week, working for one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK.
