SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Carer Assistant to join our team and assist our organisation in providing outstanding care services in a 34-bed residential dementia care home setting. The successful candidate must have previous Carer Assistant experience within a residential care home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the smooth running of the home floor, taking responsibility for assisting the residents' with all aspects of their daily living and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Providing personal care and assistance to all residents, including assisting residents at mealtimes.
- Recording daily notes and other observational charts for residents in a timely and informative manner.
- Liaising with external professionals and residents' families.
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans.
- Reporting any issues with residents to management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42 per hour
