About our client

I have a spinal cord injury I live Independently with my husband and daughter.

I have a robust rehabilitation plan that I would like my staff to help and support me with.

I love spending time with my family and going out, I'm looking for someone flexible, kind and reliable, someone who is upbeat and willing to be apart of a team. Must hold a UK driving licence and willing to drive my vehicle. Care experience is not essential. full training will be given.

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

You don't need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
