An exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated staff to help us provide highest quality care for residents in our home, respecting their individual needs and wishes and promoting the best possible quality of life in line with what is important to them.
Riverside is the resident's home and everything we do here is reflected in how we care for those who live here.
Providing a safe, clean environment where people feel comfortable and secure is of upmost importance, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect at all times and cared for in line with SSSC and national Care Standard guidelines.
An SVQ in health and social care is desired but not essential and this training opportunity would be available to the successful candidate.
Riverside use an electronic care planning tool which helps in the daily recording of all care delivered and which gives staff access to notes and plans at the touch of a button.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring a safe and tidy environment for all; attending to personal care; taking part in activities; assisting with eating and drinking where necessary; communicating well with residents, other staff members and families and friends, and generally being here for the residents to support them to live their best possible life.
