Care Coordinator - Witney, Oxfordshire

Position: Care Coordinator
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements: Driver's license essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Domiciliary Carers Staff Files
• Creating and managing staff rotas efficiently
• Handling daily changes to rotas and ensuring all care calls are covered
• Providing cover for holiday and urgent care calls as necessary
• Assisting in rostering and updating Care Plans using the new system
• Ensuring all outstanding care visits for weekends and Mondays are covered by Friday close of business

Requirements:

• Experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Worker (desirable)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer/IT skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Care sector
• Previous experience in Domiciliary Care preferred
