Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute weekly rotas to relevant parties
- Report risks and issues to the management team
- Maintain the highest standards of care consistently
- Ensure the integrity of data in the care monitoring system
- Monitor staff attendance and communicate with families and staff as per system alerts
- Deliver necessary care as required
- Conduct customer reviews and assessments
- Be available for on-call duties during out-of-hours
- Contribute to efforts to maintain a "Good" or above CQC rating
- Ensure clients receive appropriate care packages with a focus on continuity of care
- Coordinate with the registered manager to ensure sufficient cover for all visits and timely inclusion of new clients in the rota

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Care coordinator
- Previous experience in care or willingness to undergo training
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Sound understanding of CQC regulations
- Effective time management skills
