Reablement Coordinator (Nights) - Norfolk First Response
Contracted hours: 22 hours per week. Monday to Sunday working including weekend working on a rota basis.
There is a market supplement of 10% to the base salary to all staff who are employed in night roles. This will be paid three times a year.

‘Care for others. Make a difference’
As a Reablement Coordinator you will assist in providing effective support to service users at Grays Fair Court housing with care. You will manage a small team of Reablement Support Workers, offering advice and guidance, as well as arranging cover for absence.
As a Reablement Coordinator you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be building relationships with other health and social care professionals, including Occupational Therapists and the District Nurse team.
The applicant must demonstrate the ability to use IT, have knowledge of social care and experience of supervising staff.
Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. Grays Fair Court All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.
Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support and Swift Response.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
