Position: Care Assistant (Full-Time and Part-Time, Day Shifts Available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meals
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the care team to create and implement individual care plans.
- Promoting a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Previous care experience is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for care and a willingness to learn.

Pay: £10.90 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
