Job description

Could you be a Sense Registered Care Manager?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join our amazing Supported Living service in Rotherham.
We provide specialist accommodation and support to 6 people with multiple sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities. We promote independence and enable them to develop life skills, with on-site 24-hour support and 1 to 1 support sessions.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be able to work flexibly Monday - Friday dependent on the needs of the service.
We are offering £34,817 per annum.
You will be supported by a Deputy Manager and a Team Leader to manage a team of 35 staff across two services in in Rotherham (Swinton and Ravenfield). Benefits

Knowledge of person-centered planning and health and safety
Experience of management of services, supervision and development of staff teams
Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care essential
Have a Full UK license and use of your own car is essential
Full knowledge of CQC regulations and current legislation
Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments / learning difficulties is beneficial.
